In the Fruit Gallery there are two special collections - the Cape Cod Berry Collection and the Fruit Dessert Recipe Collection. Also included are some other watercolor fruit designs. The Cape Cod Berry Collection features berries native to the Cape - bayberries, beach plums, blueberries, and cranberries. A brief history of the berry and its importance to the early settlers, as well as interesting facts about the fruit are given on the back of each card. In the Fruit Dessert Recipe Collection are 8 dessert recipes hand-written in calligraphy and illustrated in watercolors. Also included are several other designs in which fruit reign - including the regal pineapple!
